Afternoon everyone!
I have to make this quick as we’re about to head to the airport!!
I whipped up a quick veggie burger sandwich that I put between my two slices of my freshly baked whole wheat bread from Alon’s Bakery!

On the side I had a delicious white flesh nectarine -

I seriously can’t get enough of the white flesh fruit this summer. SO GOOD!
I also used up the VERY last bit of my vanilla Chobani and my Vegan Banana Muffin from San Francisco Coffee -

I threw a side salad in there as well but I didn’t get to it so I wrapped it back up and threw it in the fridge for Shannon and Patrick to eat.

This lunch was filling and delicious. Should get me into New Jersey without any stomach growling!
I’ve got a gala apple packed just in case though
Off to fly those friendly skies!
See you all back in the Northeast!

Holly – It’s my sisters. I’m pretty sure she said she ordered it from Crate & Barrel
have a great flight!! That bread… oh my!!! YUM
Mandy – It DEFINITELY was YUM!
Beautiful pictures! That bread looks so good. I just discovered white peaches at the farmers market. They were hard but still tasted good. Do they not get soft or something?
Matt – yeah in my experience they definitely tend to stay a little more firm than a regular yellow peach. But as an apple lover, I’m a huge fan of the crispness
Travel safely lady!
Hope you have a safe flight! That veggie burger looks delish!
