Good Afternooooon Folks!
Lunch was delectable today!
Given the rainy, dreary weather, I really was feeling some good, down-home comfort food, so that’s exactly what I had!

Clearly for me, comfort = rice + beans in any form, and this did NOT disappoint!

It totally hit the comfort spot and warmed me up after my rainy walk home!
I complimented this deliciousness with some crispy yummus -

Mmm. Vegetable hummus with a new brand of pita chips!
These were by Sensible Portions and I STOKED to see them because I LOVE their soy crisps.

These weren’t as hearty as the Stacy’s brand but I’ll definitely be putting them to use when I’m looking for a lighter snack
And to top off this wonderfully comforting meal I picked up a Peanut Butter Vegan S’more by Sweet & Sara !

HOLY YUM guys!!

This. was. AMAZING.

The perfect way to end my Friday lunch!
Hope you’re all having wonderful Fridays! YAY FOR THE IMPENDING WEEKEND!!
