Dinner last night was another Breakfast for Dinner!
We all seemed to agree on the fact that breakfast is such a great meal, that it’s totally acceptable to repeat it again for dinner
So that’s just what I did -
Mmm Cinna-Pumpk-Apple-Oat Pancakes! Say that five times fast
I started with a Fiber One original mixture, added 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats, 1/4 teaspoon each of apple pie spice and pumpkin pie spice and voila!
Once topped with a plop of cool-whip and sprinkled with cinnamon, it was ready for eating!
They looked picture perfect…and they tasted even better!
To square it out (and because I didn’t have any orange juice) I added a tart mineola orange -
