Breakfast for Dinner Part II

by Cait on August 29, 2009

Dinner last night was another Breakfast for Dinner!

We all seemed to agree on the fact that breakfast is such a great meal, that it’s totally acceptable to repeat it again for dinner :)

So that’s just what I did -

Mmm Cinna-Pumpk-Apple-Oat Pancakes! Say that five times fast ;)

I started with a Fiber One original mixture, added 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats, 1/4 teaspoon each of apple pie spice and pumpkin pie spice and voila!

Once topped with a plop of cool-whip and sprinkled with cinnamon, it was ready for eating!

They looked picture perfect…and they tasted even better!

To square it out (and because I didn’t have any orange juice) I added a tart mineola orange -

A perfect end to a Friday night :)

That pancake combo sounds great! It’s all my favorite flavors mixed into one pancake. Adding oats to pancake mixes are the way to go. Breakfast for dinner is always a good thing. I’m going to go have breakfast for lunch right now haha.
