Afternoon Cait’s Platers!
It’s definitely cleared up outside and now it’s almost…dare I say it…NICE out!?
This weather needs to make up it’s mind! It’s going to make me sick if it keeps changing like this!
As promised, Michelle and I kept up our goal of taking one lunch break a week and headed downstairs to the Time Inc. Cafe.

But as usual I couldn’t pass up a go at the salad bar

It was absolutely delicious. I started with romaine, moved onto the spinach and spring mix, then headed to the glorious toppings.
Oh baby. I was dreaming about this guy last night and all morning. SO. So. SO gooOooOod.
Alongside I added a new addition
It was a perfect lunch if I do say so myself
Michelle, being the dutiful friend and co-worker that she is, even took pictures of her meal
A Hugh Jass, chips and a Coke. She and I have VERY different tastes as you can tell.
Back to work!

Gah, I wish I had a salad bar where I work. Or in my kitchen…that would be awesome. Always stocked full with salad goodies. Yum.

That salad looks amazing!! YUM! I haven’t ever had Pirates Booty but have heard good things about it…what are your thoughts?
That is sooo nice they have such a variety on the salad bar. I teach, so the only option we have is to order a chef salad and byo salad dressing if you want anything healthy. Lucky!
Our work salad bar is so lame. I am jealous of yours.
