I’m Boring

Hey Guys!

I hope you’re all having wonderful Fridays and getting excited for the WEEKEND!

I’m heading up to Boston this weekend so I’m majorly excited and counting down the minutes until I leave!

My throat/cold/chest thing seems to be hanging in there – I think the medication I took did the trick to at least hold me over through the day.   I don’t feel great – but I don’t feel like crap either, so that’s a HUGE plus in my book. 

Thank you all as always for your tips and advice, I definitely take them into account!

I’m afraid I was a bit boring for lunch today – looks like I have a new obsession

It really is a thing of beauty – no?

I knew I would be on the road tonight and figured it was best to get as many veggies in as humanly possible given that dinner would be completely up in the air.

So veggie-it-up I did

I threw everything humanly possible in there!  The star that stole the show however was the BBQ salmon

It was a great mid-day meal (though I missed my usual Friday buddy who was busy with another lunch appointment!)

Earlier this morning I snacked on an apple to tide me over until lunch -

It did the trick perfectly as usual

I don’t know what my blogging for dinner will be like but either way I’ll be back with an update once I’m in Boston!
