I had a fabulous dinner tonight that I just couldn’t resist sharing with you all
I came home from work and had an awesome 50-minute yoga session to stretch out my oh-so-sore muscles.
While I stretched – my sweet potato rounds baked.
I paired them with an Amy’s California burger that I had on toasted multigrain bread with avocado, lettuce and spicy mustard.
Time to watch Modern Family, kick back and relax!
