Afternoon Guys!
Lunch was the same old, same old. I was rushing this morning and just started putting this together before I realized that it was exactly what I had yesterday! Oh well, it does the trick and I do really enjoy it.
As the two slices of multigrain bread toasted, I got out my avocado, mustard, romaine and Smart Deli turkey and was ready to throw it all together by the time the toaster popped! I’ve seriously eaten this so many times in the past month + that I could do it with my eyes closed! Hopefully I remember to add a little more variety into my diet next lunch 
I threw an apple on the side for a sweet and crunchy end to my meal. I wish I had some baby carrots as well but being the end of the week the food supply is pretty abysmal.
Speaking of abysmal, is anyone else having this dreary weather?? This is the ONE thing I hate about spring! At least we don’t live in the Rockies like some other poor girl I know!!

Alright – this day is progressing smoothly so I must return and finish it up! Not sure what’s on for dinner, but I’m thinking maybe homemade pizza night???
