Aaaand I’m back!
I got a text from this girl last night wondering if we had finally gotten internet in our place – and (thanks to Mike!) we do!
So I’m happily back to regular blogging again
I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekends (if they got them) and are ready to be back in action for a nice, short week.
I’ve been in a bit of a breakfast rut lately so I was so happy this morning to wake up and make something I haven’t had in a while…

A delicious waffle stack!

I stacked two Van’s waffles with Strawberry Chobani + chia seeds, sliced strawberries and sunflower butter.
SUCH a good combination.

Coffee on the side per usual:

Not a bad way to kick off a Tuesday if I do say so myself…

This breakfast stack looks divine! But I will never complain about your Greek yogurt with fruit and granola with sun flower butter….I know how amazingly good it is and it is a filling combination!
Haha I’m glad to hear it because I definitely can’t give that breakfast up! It’s too good and agreed – it keeps me full for HOURS!
Is it weird that I’ve just mentally scheduled stopping at the store after school and training today to pick up toaster waffles??? Maybe for a ‘normal’ person, but not someone exposed to the healthy food blog world! Looks like an AMAZING breakfast
Haha definitely not weird to me!
I have just stumbled across your blog and I must say I absolutely Love it! Your recipes are fantastic and healthy, my favorite combination lol! I love your photography, great work and do you mind me asking where you got those great fall plates and bowls from? The pumpkin one with a lid is such a good idea for oatmeal! Anyway great blog, look forward to reading often.
Oh I’m so happy to hear that!! You have no idea how happy it makes me
I get most of my Fall plates and bowls from Crate and Barrel, Pier 1 and Williams-Sonoma
