There is absolutely no letting up on the Halloween celebration in our house this morning.

We’ve been watching Sabrina the Teenage Witch all morning and hanging out…

A perfect morning if you ask me.
Around 11 we decided to forgo going out for brunch in favor of making pancakes at home.
Two varieties…obviously. Because who just makes one type of pancake?
Not these girls.

And Pumpkin Spice…

Choices are a good thing.

Smothered with melted peanut butter and syrup and gobbled up.
There is absolutely no better way to spend a Sunday morning.

Even Clara agrees…

Pumpkins are calling our names – exteriors waiting to be carved, seeds waiting to be toasted!

Apple cinnamon and pumpkin spice pancakes sound like the perfect combination to me! They just wouldn’t be the same without the other.
I couldn’t agree more – they went REALLY well together!
What the what? Those pancakes look just fantastic! Can I please come over for breakfast at your house every.single.day. Oh my gosh, I love the fresh apples in there and the peanut butter atop!
Haha yes! You are more than welcome to come over whenever you’d like to eat pancakes and hang out
The fresh apples totally made the pancake! (Well, that and the melted peanut butter)
Invite me over for brunch because I would totally be the one who makes one type of pancake – and it would probably be plain! I need a little pumpkin/apple in my life!
Hahaha – I mean, there is NOTHING wrong with a good plain pancake either, but I agree that everyone needs a little pumpkin/apple flavor in their life – you can come over anytime!
Hmm, I can’t decide what one I would choose. Melted peanut butter to top it off, oh my. I have never thought about that. Genius! I would love for you to link these up to my pumpkin blog hop. Happy Halloween
Oooh a pumpkin blog hop?? I already love the sound of it and I don’t even know what it is! I’ll definitely have to check it out
