This morning I put on a pot of coffee and got busy in the kitchen!
I had pan-roasted brussel sprouts on my mind and nothing was going to change that.
Not even the early morning hour.
So I chopped them up, drizzled them with olive oil and salt and popped ‘em in the oven!
Pecans + brussel sprouts is a match made in heaven. Never let anyone tell you otherwise.
These will most certainly be my lunch. Whether or not I add anything else to them is TBD…
