A winter wonderland outside means lots of time for baking inside!
My on-going love affair with peanut butter and chocolate is no secret, so it should come as no surprise that I was immediately drawn to these cookies when they popped up in my inbox.
Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Yeah.
That’s pretty good.
And so easy.
Just 15 minutes in the oven and they were happily cooling on a wire rack!
And just 5 minutes after that they were happily being thrown into my mouth 
Now I’m off to go for a snowy run…wish me luck!

Bad weather + Sunday always equals cooking day in my house. It’s totally pouring outside here in Portland. I guess it is time to break out the baking gear and get to work.

I’ve been on a PB kick for the past few days and have no desire to stop
I think after not having it for so long my peanut loving tooth is in full gear… And the thought of PB + chocolate sounds even more wonderful!
Definitely don’t stop – peanut butter is the best, I couldn’t go a day without some form of nut butter! Add chocolate to that and it’s just completely irresistible!
