Feels So Good

by Cait on January 26, 2012

I was up and at the gym early again today!

3 miles on the treadmill, back exercises, done.

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, it feels SO good to start my day off like that.

You know what else feels good? ┬áStarting my day off with delicious breakfast…

I an intrigued by the Sunbutter! I love sunflower seeds so I think I would really like it as a nice change of pace from peanut butter. I have heard nothing but good things!

I have a cup of lifeline in my hand at this very moment. I only wish I had gotten up early and gotten my workout finished…blah. Now I have to wait until naptime. :-)

But at least there is coffee. And 15 days until I see your face.

SunButter and strawberries are one of my favorite combinations!! Speaking of that, I have a un-opened box of Van’s waffles in the freezer I need to put to use this weekend! Where would you recommend purchasing chia seeds?
