I was up and at the gym early again today!
3 miles on the treadmill, back exercises, done.
I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, it feels SO good to start my day off like that.
You know what else feels good? Starting my day off with delicious breakfast…

Easy but so good…

On the dish went:
- 2 Kashi 7-Grain waffles
- Non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp. chia seeds mixed in
- Strawberry slices
- Sunbutter

A perfect combination every time.

I an intrigued by the Sunbutter! I love sunflower seeds so I think I would really like it as a nice change of pace from peanut butter. I have heard nothing but good things!
I have a cup of lifeline in my hand at this very moment. I only wish I had gotten up early and gotten my workout finished…blah. Now I have to wait until naptime.
But at least there is coffee. And 15 days until I see your face.
SunButter and strawberries are one of my favorite combinations!! Speaking of that, I have a un-opened box of Van’s waffles in the freezer I need to put to use this weekend! Where would you recommend purchasing chia seeds?
I love starting the day with the an early morning workout, but it’s tough to get out of bed!
Now I have “reunited and it feels so good” stuck in my head. Thanks for that.

Oh mah goodness~I love evreerrything on here, and I think waffles are one of the prettiest most appealing breakfasts! haha. And SSB is one of my faaves too.
Congrats on rocking the early morning gym!! WOOW 3 miles is a lot! Can you please give me pointers on getting into running….I’m not good at it and I think I should do some cardio for my friggin health
