I was up and at the gym early again today!
3 miles on the treadmill, back exercises, done.
I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, it feels SO good to start my day off like that.
You know what else feels good? Starting my day off with delicious breakfast…
Easy but so good…
On the dish went:
- 2 Kashi 7-Grain waffles
- Non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp. chia seeds mixed in
- Strawberry slices
A perfect combination every time.
