Happy National Pancake Week!

Picnik collage2

I decided I should whip something up in honor of such an amazing week.

But not just anything would do.

Oh no.

It needed to be something special.

So I drew inspiration from my niece…

Ry3D480

She’s pretty adorable.

And pretty special.

And I think she’s on to something there with all her colors…

So I took that inspiration into the kitchen.

And created something pretty great.
