Balanced Meals

I’ve been on a salad kick lately!

After all the traveling this past weekend, it just feels so great to have balanced meals, fresh veggies and fruit!

My breakfast was on the earlier side this morning (thanks to a certain someone who went to bed too early and thus woke up before 7) so I was counting down the minutes until noon when I could make lunch!

This salad did the trick perfectly.

Into the bowl went:

  • Mixed greens
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Avocado
  • Hard boiled egg
  • Edamame

Topped with Annie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette!
