Breakfast this morning was very fruitfull 

I had one belgian waffle leftover from a stack that I made this weekend using Bob’s Red Mill Whole Grain Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix …and what’s a waffle without it’s mate?

Rather than let this little guy go to waste, I decided to load him up with some sunflower seed butter, yogurt + chia seeds and lots and lots of fruit!

Best decision ever?

Quite possibly.

Because we all know, in a world riddled with decisions, piling a lot of fruit on a waffle is certainly one of the best

Onto the waffle went:

  • Trader Joe’s Greek-Style Yogurt + 1 tbsp. chia seeds (<— the key to non-running yogurt!)
  • Trader Joe’s Sunflower Seed Butter
  • One diced peach (so drippy and juicy and perfect)
  • Strawberry slices
  • A small handful of cherries
  • Cville Cluster Granola

On the side a piping hot mug of coffee – the best way to start a day!
